Cancellation policy
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. A charge of 25% of the registration fee, plus a 10% administrative charge will be billed for cancellations received in writing to kforster@thealtagroup.com at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the conference.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a voucher for the full conference fee paid to attend the next event. No cancellations will be accepted within 30 (thirty) days of the start of the conference. Therefore no refunds will be provided and billed amounts are due in full. In case of cancellation or postponement of the lease conference by the organization or as a result of governmental measures, the 30 (thirty) days period prior to the conference does not apply.Registrants who have already paid will receive a voucher for the full conference fee for the next conference or will be refunded .
